Procedure

  1. Mash at 67 °C for 60 minutes.
  2. Boil 60 minutes; add bittering hops at start, late hops at 10 min.
  3. Cool to 19 °C, pitch one sachet of S-04 rehydrated.
  4. Ferment 7 days; package once gravity is stable.
